Nomination Window

Nominations are open now through December 22nd at midnight. We will review all submissions and notify the selected recipient on December 23rd.

What We’re Donating

- A brand new standard water heater.

- Full installation completed by the Plumber Today team.

- Any additional plumbing work required to safely install the new unit will also be covered.

- No cost to the recipient.

Who Can Be Nominated

- Anyone is welcome to nominate a family member, friend, neighbor, someone in their

community, or themselves.

- A short note or a photo of the current water heater is helpful but not required.

How to Nominate

Please include:

1. A brief description of the person or household.

2. (Optional) A photo of their current water heater.

3. Contact information so we can reach the nominee if selected.

Location Requirements

The household must be located within Plumber Today’s service area so we can complete the installation safely and properly (30 miles radius from our office).

How We Choose the Recipient

- Our team reads every nomination with care.

- We consider factors like genuine need, hardship or unexpected circumstances, the condition of the existing water heater, and the impact on the household.
- There is no “best story” — just honest need. Our goal is simply to bless someone who truly needs support this season.

Winner Notification

- One (1) winner will be chosen from all eligible entries.

- The winner will be notified via phone, email, or text within 48 hours of selection.

- If the winner cannot be reached within 72 hours, Plumber Today reserves the right to select an alternate recipient.

Content & Permission

- To help share this initiative with the community, the selected recipient agrees to allow Plumber

Today to take photos or short video clips during or after installation, and to allow the use of these images or videos on our website and social media.

- The selected recipient also agrees to allow use of their first name and ZIP code in recipient announcements.

- No sensitive personal details will ever be shared.

Additional Terms

- Donation cannot be redeemed for cash.

- Donation cannot be applied to previous services or balances.

- No purchase necessary to nominate.

- Limit one nomination per household (but you may nominate multiple people).

- No data will be sold.

- All entry information is kept confidential.
